Context:

With more than 1,250 hotels and all-inclusive properties in 76 countries, Hyatt is a leading international hotel operator and one of the most experienced in CEE. When they expanded presence across Eastern Europe, including the launch of new hotels in Bulgaria and a new venture in Romania, Hyatt selected Pi2 to support the local communication efforts.

Approach:

To support Hyatt’s strategic expansion in Eastern Europe, Pi2 developed a comprehensive communications plan tailored to the operator’s needs in both Bulgaria and Romania. The plan included a targeted media relations campaign to enhance Hyatt’s brand presence and communicate its commitment to the region.
